 | All Advance reservations require the first night payment (Christmas
season 1/2 of total payment required) by check or
money order. Reservations by Credit card may be taken when the first
night payment is guaranteed by verbal agreement, fax, letter or by email. |
| Except during Christmas season, full refunds, less a $25.00
service charge & credit card fees, will be refunded with cancellations, at
least 14 days in advance. Cancellations covering
periods of less than 14 days forfeit the first night payment.

| During the Christmas season, full
refunds less a $50.00 service charge & credit
card fees will be refunded with cancellations, at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations
of at least 14 days but less than 30 days forfeit the initial 1/2
payment. Cancellations of less than 14 days forfeit the
entire payment. Upon request, a fax or mail confirmation will be sent
upon receipt of any guaranteed payment. |
| Full payment is required at time of check in. Payment may be by
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or Cash. You are
responsible for the full length of your reservation. |
| During the Christmas holiday season, 50% payment is required at time of
reservation and the balance is due by December 1st. |
| Any discounts are applicable only when stayed for the full length of
reservation. Refunds do not apply on partial cabin usage. |
| Small dogs will be considered for a $10.00
($5.00 if crated) per night ($15.00
for 2, $10.00 if crated) fee
provided that a prior arrangement has been made with the office.
Unapproved pets are subject to a $50.00 nightly charge.

| Ponderosa Cabins has Wal-Mart 60 minute calling cards for sale at
Wal-Mart prices. Use of a calling card or calling collect is required when
making long distance calls. Local calls are free. |
| Wireless Hi speed Internet Access available in most cabins. Free Hi-Speed Internet access computer available
in Office for short 10 minute
sessions. |
| Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Check in time is 2:00 PM. If you plan on
arriving after 7:00 PM, please call the office so late arrival arrangements
may be made. |
